Big Boi is confirming rumors that he's working on a new solo project.
In an interview with Diddy's Revolt TV, the OutKast emcee told fans to "look out" for his new solo project, which he says is "coming soon."
While he wouldn't reveal anymore about the rumored album, he teased that the album's title is a "surprise." He also revealed that he and Killer Mike have recently been in the studio together and have cut "a couple new jams."
Big Boi also left the door open for a second tour with Killer Mike. Their 2013 "Shoes For Running" tour was canceled midway through because Big Boi injured his knee.
Meantime, Big Boi will soon hit the road with his OutKast partner André 300 for an upcoming festival tour. The 40-date road trip will kick off in April at the Coachella music festival in Indio, California.
Apart from Big Boi's solo album, there have also been rumors that the two are planning a new OutKast album. A solo project from André 3000 is also reportedly in the works.
